CAN I ADD OTHER ITEMS TO THE GIFTS?
Absolutely! We encourage you to include something special (theatre tickets, baseball season passes, special photos, handwritten poems, etc). Just drop your added good(s) in the mail to our studio/office and we'll incorporate the item(s) to work with the look + vibe of the gift itself.
DO YOU DELIVER GIFTS?
Yes! If the delivery address is within 10 miles of our studio/office in South Oceanside we'd be happy to deliver your gift(s) for an additional fee (based on location). If the delivery address is beyond our door-to-door service we'd be happy to meet you at a convenient location within 10 miles of our studio/office to deliver your gift(s) for an additional fee based on location (amount tbd).

DO YOU SHIP GIFTS?
Sometimes...when the gift shape + size allow for safe and practical shipping costs. Typically our gifts are "ready to give" and packaged in such a way that shipping is not possible. But hey, let us know your needs and we will do our best to develop a gift accordingly.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Sincle custom gift projects may be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering. Corporate and Marketing gift projects cancelled after 50% deposit is made will result in loss of deposit. Just text us asap (760) 576-9202.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE PERSONALIZATION OF THE GIFT(S)?
Sure! We accept revisions up to 48 hours from the time of the online purchase. Just email any customization changes you may have.
