CAN I ADD OTHER ITEMS TO THE GIFTS?
Absolutely! We encourage you to include something special (theatre tickets, baseball season passes, special photos, handwritten poems, etc). Just drop your added good(s) in the mail to our studio/office and we'll incorporate the item(s) to work with the look + vibe of the gift itself.
DO YOU DELIVER GIFTS?
Yes...one day a week we make trips to commercial locations (your office) only! Gifts over $150 may be delivered locally (north county coastal - oceanside to del mar) on Wednesdays. If you absolutely need delivery, outside of our complimentary delivery service, let us know...we'd be happy to provide you with the additional cost

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Single custom gift projects may be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering. Corporate and Marketing gift projects cancelled after 50% deposit is made will result in loss of deposit. Just text us asap (760 576-9202).
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE PERSONALIZATION OF THE GIFT(S)?
Sure! We accept revisions up to 48 hours from the time of the online purchase. Just email any customization changes you may have.
